Huntsville, Ala. — August 11, 2026 — Summit 7 has been ranked No. 2,810 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This 2026 ranking marks Summit 7’s 11th recognition on the list.
The Inc. 5000 is among the most prestigious rankings of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
“We’ve climbed 338 spots in the last year,” Summit 7 CEO Scott Edwards said. “That’s especially notable after 18 years of business and 11 rankings on the Inc 5000. Maintaining high growth over such a long period of time speaks volumes about the value we bring to our clients.”
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
“Our growth and recognition are a testament to the grit and dedication of our team,” Edwards said. “At Summit 7, we’re proud to protect the nation’s most important data, empower our clients, and fuel economic growth. We remain committed to strengthening the industries that keep our country moving forward and are honored to be recognized among companies shaping the future of American business”
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance – it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
